I may be biased but I always try to find the good in where I work. I am proud of what I do and work hard at it regardless of where I work or what I am doing. Valuing what you do and being valued for it is crucial when it comes to employment.

Trust, pride, skill development, fairness, valuing what people have to say or valuing their input in the work space as well as being rewarded and praised for a job well done, lets employees not only feel proud of what they do but they care and they become more invested…they become loyal employees which is crucial and a true asset within any business… What happens when you have loyal and invested employees? They put more effort in, which in turn will more often than not reflect on the business and mean a more successful business at that (if you are doing all the right things as well, of course).

Most companies have their pros and cons as to why you should work for them but I recently learnt about a special incident where I work… I learnt that one of our ladies in reception use to be one of our cleaning ladies…. That blew me away…

This is a true case of hard work, effort and a skill not being over looked which easily and often happens all around us. She is great at her job, always with a welcoming and friendly good morning when you walk in the door. I would have been willing to bet money on the fact that she is doing what she has always done.
