We primarily use high-density, closed-cell foams like cross-linked polyethylene, valued for its strength, shock absorption, chemical resistance, and durability.
Can you handle custom sizes and shapes?
Absolutely – we do full custom work using CNC profiling or die-cutting to precisely match your items, regardless of complexity or dimensions.
What are your tolerances and accuracy?
We typically achieve tolerances of around ±⅛″, though we guarantee within ±¼″ using high-resolution cutting and precise measuring methods.
Do you offer proofs before production?
Yes – after we design your layout, you’ll receive a proof or preview for approval before we begin production.
Can you work from drawings or digital files?
Yes, we accept technical files (DXF, DWG, PDF, etc.) or even a photo with scale reference; this ensures the cut-out fits snugly.
Is there a minimum or maximum size?
We can handle anything from small inserts to large formats – up to 52″×100″ in a single piece. Larger can be made by joining sections.
When will my order be ready?
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from proof approval, plus shipping time. Larger orders or complex designs may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If you’re working on a tight deadline, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer bulk pricing or trade discounts?
We do! Pricing scales based on quantity, and we offer discounted rates for resellers, manufacturers, and repeat clients.
